In Person Training

One-On-One Session - $75

A one and half hour session.

3 Days/Week Team Weightlifting Program - $50/Month

A general Weightlifting program consisting of 3 training days per week. A new block of training every 4 weeks that focuses on progressing the Snatch and Clean & Jerk.

3 Days/Week Custom Program - $75/Month

Individualized programming consisting of 3 training days per week. A new block of training every 4 weeks. This can be customized for Weightlifting, Powerlifting, or general strength & conditioning.

5 Days/Week Custom Program - $100/Month

Individualized programming consisting of 5 training days per week. A new block of training every 4 weeks. This can be customized for Weightlifting, Powerlifting, or general strength & conditioning.

Remote Training
